PARENTING SUPPORT GROUP
Join Mid-Atlantic Behavioral Health's parenting support group to connect with other parents and learn new ideas for keeping kids happy at home. Covid-19 has affected parents greatly, forcing some to suddenly balance working from home and schooling children. During this series of three parenting support sessions, you will have the opportunity to hear what other parents are doing to keep their children occupied, share local and online resources for child education and therapy, and learn general parenting tips to maintain a peaceful household.
This is an open group, so folks can join during session one or during subsequent sessions. Criteria includes having children at home! Parenting tips will be geared toward children 10 years and under, but all parents with children at home are welcome. You do not need to be a patient at Mid-Atlantic Behavioral Health to participate - this is open to the public.
