If this is your first time to login, please use your First Name and Last Name (without any spaces) as the username.  Please call DPA office for the password.  Once logged into the Member Portal, please change your password.

Ex:  First Name: Thomas Last Name: Lynch

Username would be: 'ThomasLynch'

You will be prompted to change your password after you login.
